Christmas is coming and so is The Wings Charity Quiz!  To be held on Wednesday December 15th from 7:30pm, Ray will host a bumper Christmas quiz in aid of our nominated charities - M.I.N.D, Alzheimer's Society and Cherish (Wrexham premature baby unit).  With 100 Christmas related questions, name the celebrity santa and more, they'll be a cash prize for the winners and free sandwiches and mince pies for all during the mid quiz break.

To celebrate the new Broughton Occupational Health and Wellbeing Centre, Airbus invited Rugby star James Haskell to talk about wellbeing and the importance of keeping a healthy body and mind.

James took the opportunity to talk openly, and honestly, about how he deals with stressful situations and protects his own mental health

Yes, Wings Club are excited to announce the first ever Quartet Quiz night will take place on Wednesday 9 June starting at 8.30pm, and every fortnight thereafter.

The first question is; Are you ready? Teams will be limited to a maximum of four, with an entry fee of £2 per member.

Two separate prizes will be up for grabs. Firstly, £25 for the team winning the quiz.

Secondly, each team member will be entered into a draw and someone will then have the opportunity to answer a single question for another cash prize. This will be the “Snowball” draw, the prize starting at £25 but if not won increasing each week by £5 until won.

You don’t have to be a club member to partake, everyone is welcome, but you can join us for £15 per year or £25 for husband and wife, you will then receive a discount on all food and drinks purchased.

Commiserations to Ian and Derek who just couldn’t find an answer to the Snowball question meaning next time there will be £35 up for grabs.

The club lottery has turned up another £10,000 Lottery winner this week in Nick Roden'
